How far I’ve fallen, since I’ve gotten a job. I’m back up to 280 lbs, and feeling like crap. The vicious cycle repeats itself. I’ve lost count of the number of times that I’ve attempted to break the cycle, and here I am again, starting back up, starting at square one.
Start small, focus, change and build.
For the last 3 weeks, I’ve been refocusing on my sleep habits and ramp down routine. The one thing I can’t seem to knock, is dropping Netflix. I like to have a slow going movie in my ears to distract me from any sounds. Sometimes this helps me go to sleep, other times, it keeps me awake. Tonight, I am going to try and replace Netflix with another sound.
